The easiest and least expensive option is the U.S.P.S, the United States Postal Service. They have a few different options for International Shipping. Once your parcel is here, you will receive a comprehensive shipping menu, based on the weight of your parcel, which will explain all of the options and extras available to you.
Insurance is optional, but for a few dollars its worth the piece of mind.
