Parcels weighing over 10 lb will be subject to a $5 fee.

The easiest and least expensive option is the U.S.P.S, the United States Postal Service. They have a few options for International Shipping, the best of which is Priority. Express shipping trackable and is a few days faster, but it is far more expensive.
Insurance is optional, but for a few dollars its worth the piece of mind.
